Our Story

CARE was founded by Josh Kane and Chad Jennings with a core belief at its heart: no individual should ever have to return to incarceration.

This conviction is deeply personal. Both founders have lived through the profound challenges of decades-long drug addiction and years of incarceration. Through their own journeys of transformation, they discovered a powerful truth: meaningful, lasting change is not only possible—it is achievable for anyone willing to embrace it.

The approach that worked for them now forms the foundation of Care. Our organization is structured around holistic, compassionate support that empowers individuals to rebuild their lives with confidence and purpose. We connect people to comprehensive recovery resources and supportive, caring communities. We teach essential life skills, including cooking, paying bills, maintaining proper hygiene, and building healthy daily routines. We place strong emphasis on vocational training and trade education, offering real opportunities to become skilled professionals—and even contractors in their own right.

With the right guidance, resources, and ongoing Care, we firmly believe that every participant can break the cycle of incarceration for good and step into a stable, fulfilling future.

At Care, we don’t just offer programs—we offer hope, dignity, and a proven path forward. Together, we are building stronger individuals, stronger families, and stronger communities.
