Our Charge

Mission

Our mission is to connect, support, and empower adults re-entering society by providing stable housing, mentorship, vocational training, and meaningful community engagement—driven by our belief that connection is the foundation of lasting change.

Vision

A community dedicated to empowering and supporting adults as they successfully transition from incarceration to full participation in society.

Our Story

C.A.R.E. was founded on the belief that no one should face the challenges of reentry alone.

Our 20-acre sustainable community will include tiny homes, communal spaces, vocational training programs, and a supportive ecosystem designed to help individuals rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose.
